I am not very well one or two days ago,started
yesterday officially. Getting sick,got flu virus caused of my error sleeping
habit, being my hits news. But Thanks God, that’s all not a big
matter/deal,since i can handle them with back to normal and healthy curing
ways,everythings will be okay.No hospital,no medicine,and no money ,i mean_no a
specific budget for curing my unhealthy body.
Well,”a healthy lifestyle”, just feels like
old generation’s life quote. Why did i say something like that,because..almost
us,when we still be young generation,lets say 20’s, we never or seldom to think
about health. Okay,for the basic sample, such as stay up and talk all
night,less drink makes you got low dehidration, junk food fill up your main
daily menu,get stress easily (as easy as you change your underwear),and there
are many things we do day by day. We never know that thats all be a habit.
Somebody said to me that if we do something continually during at least 21
days, it will be habit. That’s how a jetlag process happens.When you habitual
sleeping at 10 pm, but you come to a country where has different local time,big
time gap,and when 10 am,you feel sleepy but you realize “ooo..it’s time for me
go to college,but...why does i keep yawn and yawn ??” ,it’s the alarm for your
body..
So, let’s change the bad habit. It’s a
process,many people failed on process,no patience, low self motivation “why do
i need to change”...but always remember “the rock is not rubbed down,not
because the power of water,but because its persistence”. So do something good
one step by step,day by day, but have the progress,it will be the good solution
and sure...more effective.
Why do we need to aware of our self health ?
because...”our body is the only one home,created by God. When it’s good one, we
live and get the best”. Love your self,love your body,and be healthy ! ^^
